I might be a mmews, or ammewsed, or (occasionally) ammewsing, but somewhere along my way I became a scientist and a diplomat—questioning and exploring the world around me, then working across differences, like cultures and languages, to unite people — to encourage connection.
It's how I make my living, and what gets me out of bed each morning.
And yet, I'm most myself when I'm outside. I love the wind and the sea and the woods and seek their counsel regularly — for they are the wisest of all.
And there, I do what muses do best — singing, dancing, photography, drawing, but mostly writing.
Because I am a writer.
